When we were brought on as a partner for this event, the client was based in Dubai and needed a complete branding partner to bring every element of the event together from merchandise and small-format print to large-format graphics and event signage. With one of the biggest installations at Town Hall spanning multiple floors and spaces, the scale and complexity were significant. Working across international time zones, with an artwork team based in Brazil, meant communication, coordination and attention to detail had to be spot on from day one. With merchandise, large-format and small-format production all managed under one roof at N2, we were able to streamline the entire process, keeping everything connected, on schedule and true to the client’s vision.
The project demanded care, creativity and collaboration. Bringing the vision to life meant finding practical, considered solutions at every stage. We used eco board and Reboard to create lightweight, sustainable structures, with careful templating and construction ensuring every element fitted seamlessly within the space. One of the biggest challenges was working within a listed building, where traditional fixing methods weren’t an option. Our team developed bespoke solutions to safely clamp and attach the branding without compromising the building. This included a bespoke tension frame with dye-sublimation print, which was carefully tested on site to ensure a precise fit and flawless finish. Flexibility was key throughout the project, from managing merchandise orders to adapting to the client’s requirements as the event evolved. Regular communication and multiple site visits kept everyone aligned, giving us the opportunity to test, refine and resolve challenges before installation. It was this hands-on approach, attention to detail and ability to find a way forward that brought the entire experience together.
