Founded in 1976, Prince’s Trust believe that every young person should have the chance to embrace exciting opportunities. They work with delivery partners across the UK to offer hundreds of free courses, grants and mentoring opportunities to inspire them to build their confidence and start a career.

BRANDING JOURNEY

At the end of 2019, Prince’s Trust found themselves using several different platforms across various suppliers to manage the fulfilment and distribution of their merchandise, clothing, marketing literature and event materials. Their brand consistency was struggling, manual processes were consuming valuable resource and financial tracking was fragmented. More recently, the now King's Trust, needed a partner to facilitate their sleek, modern brand update. Updates to printed literature, branded merchandise and event items were needed across the board, with no interruption to service or ordering.

HOW WE MADE IT HAPPEN

Following a detailed scoping process, we proposed a solution that would consolidate all touch points into just one 'Marketing Hub', managing all aspects of their brand including print, large format, merchandise and digital items. At roll out they already had a full range of physical items produced which equated to more than 120 stock lines across 42 pallets. These were swiftly transferred to the platform meaning there was no disruption to service. A second phase of the roll out saw the implementation of a digital asset management solution and a bespoke template creation offering allowing teams to download imagery for their internal campaigns. A large part of the King’s Trust work is in events, we support them with a loan service where colleagues can order large, branded items including stands, banners and flags when needed. All housed in our secure warehouse, saving on waste, time and money spent recreating these costly items for every event. Given our existing service was built on solid foundations the brand refresh activation was a smooth, stress-free process all round. Allowing a consistent service and instant switch over to the set of brand assets with minimal downtime. Implementing each brands' vision for the space then comes from collaborating with the client directly. Taking their requirements on board and advising the best way in which to achieve the desired outcome. Each event presents a new set of challenges for us to consider the best approach, this continued review and refinement of the process has earned us the position of being Magazine preferred brand implementation partner.
