The NFU represents more than 44,000 farming and growing businesses. Their purpose is to champion British agriculture and horticulture, to campaign for a stable and sustainable future for British farmers and to secure the best possible deals for their members. They strive to protect and promote British farm life and give their members a voice now and in the future.
With the NFU operating at a national level, the challenge was to equip all regional teams with seamless access to a wide range of branded products, printed materials, and event assets. The goal was to implement a centralised system allowing users to create and order event materials. Managing pick and pack, installation, collection, and stock checking. This needed to cover merchandise, print-on-demand and exhibition items. The system had to streamline processes, ensure consistent brand delivery whilst providing cost-effective, faultless support. Empowering regional teams to grow membership and deliver a unified message across all communications and events.
We delivered a centralised platform that enables the NFU to create, manage, and produce a wide range of branded assets. This included large-format event materials, digital graphics, merchandise, and printed collateral, all from one streamlined system. This has allowed for greater efficiency, brand consistency and ease of access across the entire organisation. Each branch is granted customised access to the platform, allowing teams to work with core brand assets and localised templates. Ensuring that while materials can be personalised to suit regional needs they remain fully aligned with brand guidelines. Thus maintaining consistency across all communications and collateral. To support commercial activity the platform is fully integrated with a Shopify eCommerce site, allowing branded products to be sold directly to consumers. The system manages over 215 active stock lines. with our team overseeing fulfilment on NFU’s behalf. Ensuring smooth, accurate and timely delivery of all orders. Event support is also fully integrated. From online ordering and logistics coordination to on-site installation and post-event collection, every aspect of event material management is handled through the platform. Stock checks and reconciliation are conducted at each stage, reducing errors and administrative overhead for their regional teams. Reporting tools highlight opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Empowering the NFU and giving the visibility needed to support growth and maintain strong, consistent brand delivery nationwide.
