Spaces & Stories provide quality spaces and locations for culture, brands and events. They work with design-led, functional and flexible locations to create custom-built experiences for their clients. Managing some of the largest and most prestigious, flexible event spaces in London and across the UK, their client base boasts the world's most recognised brands.
Finding a partner they could trust and rely on was a top priory for the team at Spaces & Stories. Experience and knowledge of the industry was essential, a team that could provide an all encompassing service from surveying through to de-rig and everything in between would tick all the boxes. Given the fast-paced nature of the events industry they needed a partner who was flexible and reactive, one they could rely on time and time again to hit the brief and surpass expectations.
Having started out providing consultancy and production services for a handful of the venues Spaces & Stories manage our partnership quickly grew. We now regularly manage the artwork, production and implementation of graphics and merchandise at many of their sites, with new ones being made available each year. Collaborating with the events management team and their clients directly we help to launch brands, throw corporate parties, decorate festivals and brand seminars. From intimate talks and seminars for tens of people to large scale multi-day events hosting thousands, we ensure the greatest visual impact is achieved with the smoothest possible journey. Given the vast differences in venue styles within their portfolio our product offering is similarly wide ranging. Backed up by our deep knowledge of each site, we work closely with agencies and event teams to advise on suitable materials, production and installation methods. All helping to achieve the best possible way to create a truly bespoke outcome.
